01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and ZN777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to and use of ZN777 — including all features such as sports betting, casino games, live casino, deposits, and withdrawals — is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service provided by ZN777. Each individual is permitted to hold only one ZN777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms. ZN777 uses a range of technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close any or all duplicate accounts without prior notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your contact details change, you must update your account promptly.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. ZN777 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You must not share your account details with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ZN777 support immediately so that your account can be secured.

• Use a strong, unique password for your ZN777 account.
• Do not log in from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable any additional security options offered in your account settings.
• Report suspicious account activity to ZN777 support without delay.

ZN777 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on ZN777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits with fast crediting.
• Raast — Pakistan's central bank-backed instant payment system.
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfers to ZN777's designated account.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ZN777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment source not linked to the registered account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the point of transaction. ZN777 does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges — these are outside ZN777's control.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. ZN777 only processes withdrawals to accounts registered in the name of the ZN777 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and requests of this nature will be declined pending identity verification.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically within 15 minutes for verified accounts.
• Raast and Bank Transfer: typically within one to three business hours, subject to bank processing.
• Card withdrawals: one to three business days depending on issuing bank.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account. ZN777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals. This is a standard account security measure and is not a reason for concern.

Withdrawals of bonus-related winnings are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the specific bonus. 06 Sports Betting Rules

ZN777 offers sports betting on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports, and a range of other sports. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by ZN777, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the user unless a cash-out option is explicitly available and selected before the event concludes.

ZN777 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any betting market at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A match or event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered in format.
• Odds are published as a result of a technical error and are clearly incorrect.
• There is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or irregular betting patterns.
• A result cannot be officially confirmed by the relevant sporting authority.

In-play betting odds update in real time. By placing an in-play bet, you accept the odds displayed at the exact moment of confirmation — not at the time you initially viewed the market. Short delays can occur on live streams relative to the actual event, and ZN777 does not accept responsibility for any resulting discrepancy in live bet timing.

Maximum bet limits apply on a per-market and per-event basis. ZN777 may also apply individual account-level limits based on betting history. Winnings are calculated as: Stake × Odds = Total Return (including original stake). All amounts are displayed and paid in PKR.

07 Casino and Live Casino

ZN777's casino and live casino section includes slot games, table games, and live dealer titles. All slot games and digital table games use certified random number generators (RNGs), which are independently verified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by previous results or external factors.

Live casino games are hosted by real dealers via video stream. These games are governed by the rules of the specific game variant as described within the game interface. 10 Privacy and Data

ZN777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a closure is at the user's own request, any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method after standard verification checks.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting ZN777 support. Closure requests are processed within one business day. Self-exclusion requests are applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

13 Limitation of Liability
